This is the total bank of time you can draw on over the course of a year. Each call, email response, or document review draws from your bank. The vast majority of our clients find 12 hours more than enough — covering anything from a quick question to a more complex employee situation.
We’ll let you know when you’re approaching your limit. You can top up with additional hours at a pre-agreed rate, or upgrade to the Plus plan. We won’t leave you without support mid-situation.
